Productivity is a very very subjective thing. But if u ask me personally,
- 1st half belongs to writing
- 2nd half of the day belongs to 1 activity. It could be editing and publishing. Social media, Email or any related activity.
- Sundays will be week planning.
But 1 serious suggestion which works for me at least. Whatever i am going to do tomorrow, i write it down in a diary tonight or tomorrow very early morning. Small work or big work, its written. Then i start with the largest task in hand. Doing this large task gets boring (like writing 2 articles back to back) So i take breaks with the small tasks. During writing if i get bored, i will take a 15 minute small task and finish it. And then get back to writing.
And as i complete tasks, i cut this written task from the diary. I find that this 4 lines of written words keeps me completely focused throughout the day. And if by chance anything is not completed, it gets carried forward to the next day and it is the first task of the next day. This ways, u are able to continue where u left off.
